每经AI快讯，鼎龙股份11月28日在互动平台表示，公司已有两款高端晶圆光刻胶通过国内主流晶圆厂验证并获得订单，除此之外潜江一期30吨KrF/ArF高端晶圆光刻胶产线具备批量化生产及供货能力，可满足客户端现阶段订单需求。截至2025年前三季度，公司布局的近30款高端晶圆光刻胶中，超15款送样验证、超10款进入加仑样测试。潜江光刻胶生产基地：一期年产30吨KrF/ArF高端晶圆光刻胶产线运行顺利，具备批量化生产及供货能力；二期年产300吨KrF/ArF高端晶圆光刻胶量产线建设收尾、设备调试顺利。
