财联社11月28日电，北京市人大常委会表决通过了新修订的《北京市非机动车管理条例》，进一步完善非机动车登记、通行安全、停放充电等相关规定。条例规定，电动自行车用于互联网租赁或者快递、外卖等服务活动的，将发放专用号牌。
