11月27日，天康生物（002100）发布公告，公司总经理成辉辞职，因其已临近法定退休年龄。辞职后，成辉仍担任公司董事及战略与投资委员会委员。
公司于2025年11月27日召开董事会，聘任许衡为新总经理，任期至第八届董事会任期届满。许衡有丰富的管理经验，曾任公司党委副书记、副总经理及食品养殖事业部总经理。
2025年前三季度，天康生物实现收入136.10亿元，归母净利润4.12亿元。
