格隆汇11月27日｜国务院新闻办公室11月27日发布《新时代的中国军控、裁军与防扩散》白皮书。除前言、结束语和附录外，白皮书分为五个部分，分别是国际安全和军控形势复杂严峻、新时代中国军控的政策立场、建设性参与国际军控进程、引领新兴领域国际安全治理、加强防扩散与和平利用科技国际合作。
