11月26日，成人用品品牌KISSTOY就 “有人冒用品牌客服身份骚扰用户” 事件致歉，称已第一时间联系涉事用户，愿提供法律援助并协助报案。 KISSTOY表示已采取法律手段维权，案件正处于受理阶段，后续将及时通报进展。同时声明APP和产品均为合规合法设计，产品中绝无定位追踪器。公司已委托工信部认定的第三方机构检测。
