11月17日，在安徽梦思康中药材有限公司金丝皇菊种植基地，30多亩金丝皇菊迎来采摘期，村民们忙着加工金丝皇菊。近年来，该公司采取“农业+旅游”的产业模式，流转土地4500余亩，发展百合、菊花、芍药、油茶、葛根等种植，带动周边1000余名村民在家门口就业增收。（章龙 金唐莹）
