佩蒂股份11月25日公告，拟以集中竞价交易方式回购公司部分社会公众股，回购总金额不少于人民币5,000万元且不超过人民币7,000万元。回购价格不超过26.00元/股。回购股份将用于股权激励或者员工持股计划。回购期限为自董事会审议通过回购股份方案之日起6个月内。
