11月25日，银泰集团联合钱塘产业集团竞得杭州市钱塘区东部湾新城单元QT020303-01地块，成交总价6.6424亿元。该地块位于杭州市钱塘区东部湾新城核心区，城建文化馆南侧，用地面积达78963㎡（约118亩）。银泰集团将与钱塘产业集团合作建设总建筑面积超40万平方米的城市综合体。
