优必选公布，与配售代理订立协议，将发行3146.8万股新H股。配售价为每股H股98.80港元，较2025年11月24日收市价折让约11.39%。此次配售净筹约30.56亿港元，其中75%拟用于投资或收购业务价值链中的目标企业或相关行业整合/合营，15%用于业务运营及发展，10%用于偿还金融机构授信款项。
