根据安委〔2025〕67号文件通知,经2025年11月1日第十九届区政府第80次党组会议讨论通过,决定任命：
杨怀玉为兰州市安宁区发展和改革局副局长；
王亚雯为兰州市安宁区社会经济调查队副队长（试用期一年）。
