11月21日，北京汽车公告，于2025年11月21日(交易时段后)，公司与北汽集团订立股权收购协议，公司已有条件同意出售，北汽集团已有条件同意购买北汽国际51%股权，现金总代价为人民币16.08亿元。交割完成后，北汽国际将由北汽集团及公司分别拥有51%及49%权益。
