11月21日，豪尔赛（002963）公告称，公司于近日收到中国证监会下发的《立案告知书》，因涉嫌信息披露违法违规，中国证监会对公司进行立案。
豪尔赛表示，目前，公司各项经营活动正常有序开展，本次立案不会对公司经营和管理造成重大影响。
盘面上，截至今日收盘，豪尔赛跌5.32%，报16.21元。
