高新兴11月21日公告，公司控股子公司创联科技（为全国中小企业股份转让系统创新层挂牌企业）与申万宏源证券承销保荐有限责任公司签署《辅导协议》，创联科技拟向不特定合格投资者发行股票并在北交所上市。创联科技计划近期向浙江证监局报送向不特定合格投资者发行股票并在北交所上市辅导备案材料。
