当地时间11月20日，Salesforce表示，正在调查涉及Gainsight发布应用程序的“异常活动”，该事件可能导致客户数据泄露。
Salesforce在一则简短声明中称，由客户自行安装管理的Gainsight应用程序“可能致使部分Salesforce客户数据遭到未授权访问”。该公司表示，已临时“撤销Gainsight所有活跃应用权限”，并补充称，目前无证据表明该事件源于Salesforce平台自身漏洞。
