金富科技11月20日公告，收到控股股东陈金培的《关于终止协议转让部分公司股份的告知函》，获悉其与黄秋松就终止协议转让公司部分股份事宜协商达成一致。原计划转让1716万股（占总股本6.60%），但股份未完成过户登记手续。
