11月20日，证监会网站显示，苏州美昱新材料股份有限公司已启动上市辅导，拟在北京证券交易所上市，由东吴证券担任辅导机构。辅导备案报告显示，公司控股股东为苏州美贺企业管理顾问有限公司，持股37.14%。该公司目前在全国中小企业股份转让系统挂牌。
