当地时间11月19日，新加坡证券交易所与纳斯达克达成协议，允许上市公司在两地同时上市。
根据最新安排，市值超过20亿新元（约合15亿美元）的公司只需向监管机构提交一套申请文件，即可同时在新加坡和纽约上市。
