弘信电子（300657）发布公告，公司于2025年11月19日召开了第五次临时股东大会，完成了董事会换届选举，并聘任了新的高级管理人员。新一届董事会由9名成员组成，任期自2025年11月19日起三年。
新任董事长为李强，副总经理包括陈素真、刘大升和周江波，周江波还担任财务负责人，王坚为董事会秘书，郑家双为证券事务代表。
2025年前三季度，弘信电子实现收入55.50亿元，归母净利润9051万元。
