财联社11月19日电，*ST金刚(300093.SZ)公告称，公司重整计划资本公积金转增股本已实施完成，总股本由2.16亿股增加至5.4亿股。股权登记日股票收盘价为14.83元/股，高于转增平均价11.89元/股，故复牌后股票开盘参考价调整为13.06元/股。公司股票将于11月20日开市起复牌。
