◆改造前：

原始空间布局存在一定的局限性，各功能区划分较为单一，动线不够清晰。尤其是入口、公共区域与私密空间的交互未得到充分优化，导致空间利用率较低。多个房间的形态呈现出封闭的状态，视觉和功能上都较为割裂。

◆Before remodeling:

The original spatial layout has certain limitations, with relatively simple division of functional areas and unclear flow lines. Especially the interaction between entrances, public areas, and private spaces has not been fully optimized, resulting in low space utilization.

◆改造后：

1、空间重组与功能优化：

改造后的布局打破了原有的封闭性，各功能区域之间流线更加清晰，过渡更为自然。例如，入口玄关设置了多功能区域，将原本零散的空间整合成具有收纳、会客等功能的复合区域。

2、动静分区的明确：

改造通过合理的墙体调整，将动静分区做到极致优化。主卧与儿童房位于住宅深处，保持了充分的私密性；而客厅、餐厅等公共区域则与阳台连通，自然采光与通风条件得到了极大的提升。

3、储物空间的极致挖掘：

新增了大面积的衣帽间和储藏功能，体现出设计者对实际生活需求的深刻理解。特别是主卧衣帽间的设计，不仅解决了原始户型中储物空间不足的问题，还提升了日常生活的便利性和仪式感。

4、多元化的生活场景：

改造后新增了儿童房与多功能房，为家庭成员提供了多样化的使用场景。例如，多功能房可作为书房、客卧甚至娱乐室，具备极大的灵活性。

5、自然与生活的连接：

阳台区域重新规划，加入绿植景观，模糊了室内与室外的界限，使生活更贴近自然。设计语言上通过大面积留白与流畅的线条强调空间的舒适感。

◆After remodeling:

1. Space reorganization and function optimization:

The renovated layout breaks the original enclosure, with clearer flow lines and more natural transitions between functional areas.

2. Clearly define the motion and static zones:

The renovation achieves the ultimate optimization of dynamic and static zoning through reasonable wall adjustments.

3. Extreme excavation of storage space:

Added a large area of cloakroom and storage function. The design of the master bedroom dressing room solves the problem of insufficient storage space in the original layout.

4. Diversified living scene:

After the renovation, children's rooms and multifunctional rooms were added, providing diverse usage scenarios for family members.

5. Connection between nature and life:

The balcony area has been re planned with the addition of green plant landscapes, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, making life closer to nature.
