中日最新一轮磋商，11月18日临别时，我外交部亚洲司司长刘劲松一脸严肃，日本外务省亚洲大洋洲局局长金井正彰一言未发而来，一言未发而走。值得注意的是，刘司长着一身五四青年装，胸前佩戴着国徽，双手一直插兜。他表示：“天冷，也不便握手！”
对此，蔡正元当天在节目中高度赞扬：太经典了！有时候，外交场合的肢体语言比言语要强。
