新京报贝壳财经讯 11月18日，深圳新星公告，公司实际控制人、董事长兼总经理陈学敏提议的股份回购方案已实施完毕。实际回购股数为161.74万股，占总股本的0.77%，实际回购金额为3000.12万元，回购价格区间为9.33元/股至39.47元/股。本次回购股份将用于员工持股计划或股权激励。
