11月18日，南方航空（600029/01055）发布公告，本次非公开发行的限售股份将于2025年11月24日上市流通，上市股数为8.04亿股。该股份由控股股东中国南方航空集团有限公司认购，认购股份自发行结束之日起36个月内不得上市交易或转让，预计于本次流通日期解除限售。
2025年前三季度，南方航空实现收入1376.65亿元，归母净利润23.07亿元。
