日本旅游，退！退！退！

11月14日，外交部与中国驻日使领馆率先提醒中国公民近期谨慎赴日。16日晚，文化和旅游部发布类似提醒。

双重提醒之下，赴日旅游“退机退酒退团”现象引发关注。

A noticeable trend of cancellations for Japan-bound flights, hotel bookings, and tour groups has emerged following travel warnings from Chinese authorities, urging citizens to avoid travel to Japan.

退机票：多家航司取消赴日航班

截至17日，国航、东航、南航、海航、川航、春秋航空、深航、厦航等10多家航空公司已发布针对日本航线的特殊退改方案。

More than ten Chinese carriers, including Air China, China Eastern, China Southern, Hainan Airlines, and Spring Airlines, have introduced flexible booking policies for Japan-bound flights, allowing passengers to cancel or change trips with minimal or no fees.

各航司的政策核心条款基本一致，普遍适用于出行日期在2025年11月15日至12月31日之间的客票，涉及往返东京、大阪、福冈、札幌、冲绳等日本主要城市的航班。

Announced by Nov 17, the policies apply to travel scheduled between Nov 15 and Dec 31, 2025, on routes serving major Japanese cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Sapporo, and Okinawa.

根据政策，符合条件的客票可在航班起飞前，免手续费办理变更或全额退票，部分航司的政策甚至涵盖了里程奖励客票。

Under the new rules, eligible tickets can be rebooked or fully refunded free of charge before departure. Some carriers have also extended these waivers to mileage reward tickets.

此外，四川航空已取消2026年1月1日至2026年3月28日期间成都往返札幌的航线计划；春秋航空有多班涉日航线显示“航班取消”。

退酒店：有中介推代打日语电话退订服务

航司系列针对性政策的密集出台，为已预订赴日行程的旅客提供了灵活的调整空间，减轻了旅客的经济顾虑。

极目新闻报道，当下，网上还出现了帮忙全额取消酒店订单的服务。记者向一位中介咨询，他表示，自己是通过日语直接打电话给酒店要求取消订单，但不能保证100%成功，每单需要支付20元人民币的费用，他会向购买服务者提供与对方沟通的通话录音。（编者注：中介服务有风险，勿轻信勿上当）

旅客北北（化名）原定11月20日至24日前往日本京都旅行，在家人出于安全考虑的劝阻下，她最终决定取消行程。她告诉记者，其预订的1575元往返机票实现了“丝滑退款”，未产生手续费；甚至连预订时标注“不可取消”的酒店订单，也在16日获得了全额退款。

One traveler, Ms Bei (pseudonym), canceled a planned Nov 20–24 trip to Kyoto after her family expressed safety concerns. She received a full refund on her 1,575 yuan round-trip flight, as well as on her hotel booking, despite it originally being labeled "non-refundable".

The surge in cancellations has even prompted new intermediary services that help tourists cancel reservations.

退团：多家旅行社冻结赴日团不再收客

据了解，方女士（化名）原计划从天津出发前往日本旅游，却在17日接到旅行社临时通知，11月20号到12月31日天津所有赴日旅行暂停发团。旅行社明确表示，旅客前期支付的费用都可全额退还。

面对市场变化，不少旅行社也迅速调整业务方向。有OTA（在线旅游）平台门店工作人员表示，往年11月中下旬，日本的关东、关西赏枫线路非常热门，但现在门店不再接受相关线路订单。

Travel agencies have also moved quickly to adjust. An employee at an online travel platform store said that while Japan's Kanto and Kansai regions usually draw large autumn foliage crowds in late November, the store has stopped taking new orders for such tours.

上游新闻报道称，多位取消赴日行程的旅客表示，在当前形势下，暂缓赴日是更稳妥的选择，并将目光转回国内游。

Multiple travelers who canceled Japan trips told reporters they consider it a wiser choice to delay their plans under the current climate. Many are now looking instead to travel within China.
