新京报讯 据国防部发布微信公众号消息，根据中越两军相关协议和安排，11月19日至20日，中越两国海军舰艇编队将在北部湾海域开展第39次联合巡逻，进一步加强两军务实合作，提升共同维护相关海域安全能力。
