11月18日，力拓集团发表声明称，为将位于格拉德斯通的雅文氧化铝精炼厂的运营年限延长至2035年，拟自2026年10月起将该厂产能削减40%。力拓集团表示，此次调整将涉及约180个岗位，预计年氧化铝产量减少约120万吨。力拓集团强调，此举不会影响客户需求及其他业务，其铝土矿山和电解铝厂仍将维持满负荷运转。
