【越乔】获悉， 武汉鼎新实业投资有限公司申报的新建商务、商业、公园绿地项目（中国三峡集团武汉生产科研基地建设项目）规划方案批前公示，项目 位于江岸区沿江大道与四唯路交汇处。
据显示，项目规划总用地面积约29193平方米，总建筑面积263000平方米，建筑高度246米。
