据国家企业信用公示系统官网，日前克什克腾农银村镇银行有限责任公司发生股权变更，内蒙古兴业集团等股东退出，农业银行（601288.SH）成为唯一股东。兴业集团原为内蒙古知名民企，背后为赤峰首富吉兴业。
此前的10月30日，国家金融监督管理总局赤峰监管分局发布关于中国农业银行股份有限公司收购克什克腾农银村镇银行有限责任公司设立分支机构的批复。
