品玩11月17日讯，据 BussinessInside 报道，自2026年起，Meta将把“AI驱动影响力”作为员工绩效考核的核心标准。公司人力负责人Janelle Gale在内部备忘录中表示，员工需通过AI提升工作效率或开发具有显著生产力价值的工具。
2025年度绩效评估虽不设AI使用率量化指标，但鼓励员工在自评中体现AI赋能成果。为支持这一转型，Meta将于12月8日启动的新一轮绩效周期中推出“AI绩效助手”，并允许员工使用内部AI工具Metamate及Google Gemini撰写评估内容。
此外，Meta已通过“Level Up”内部激励计划、开放AI辅助编程面试等方式推动AI普及，强调“加速迈向AI原生未来”的战略方向。
