11月16日晚，在广东奥体中心进行的十五运会女子铅球决赛中，36岁的东京奥运会冠军、河北队选手巩立姣以19米68的成绩夺得冠军，实现了全运会五连冠。
同样来自河北队的张林茹和马越分别夺得亚军和季军，河北队包揽了本届全运会的女子铅球前三名。
