人民财讯11月16日电，11月14日，以“共谋教育发展共建中拉命运共同体”为主题的中国—拉共体成员国教育发展论坛在京举行。教育部副部长熊四皓出席并作主旨发言。
熊四皓表示，此次论坛旨在落实中拉论坛第四届部长级会议成果，是中方首次搭建面向拉共体成员国的高层次教育对话平台，中方期待与各国携手以教育促青年成长、促民心和谐、促创新发展。
