12月中下旬，光谷南首个大型商业综合体要开业了！
据悉，光谷星悦广场项目位于东湖新技术开发区高新六路以南、流芳路以西。项目用地性质为商业、商务、居住用地，用地面积为68461.85平方米，总建筑面积299920.25平方米，容积率3.0，建筑密度39.34%，包含12万方商业综合体，目前项目已亮灯，计划2025年开门营业。
