人民财讯11月14日电，随着上游储存芯片价格的疯涨，多家手机厂商已经暂缓了本季度的存储芯片采购。小米、OPPO、vivo等厂商库存普遍低于两个月，部分厂商DRAM（动态随机存取存储器）库存低于三周，在犹豫是否接受原厂（美光、三星、SK海力士）接近50%的涨幅报价。
