根据自然资源部珠海海洋预报台和全运会气象台的情况通报，11月17日至19日将有强冷空气来临，海浪情况恶劣。经十五运会竞赛日程变更委员会批准，为保障十五运会海岸赛艇项目决赛安全顺利进行，对竞赛日程进行调整。竞赛时间由原来的11月16日至18日调整为11月15日至17日。
