11月14日，中国旭阳集团（01907）发布公告，董事会宣布终止与天津滨海能源发展股份有限公司的建议交易。此次交易涉及出售滦州旭阳化工有限公司股权以换取滨海能源将发行的对价股份。
终止协议于2025年11月14日签署，旭阳集团及相关方一致同意解除各自于该协议下的责任。
公告指出，终止该协议不会对公司的业务运营及财务状况产生重大不利影响。
