观点网讯：近日，有消息称，自动驾驶独角兽企业“Momenta”将放弃在美股IPO转而登陆港股，对此，Momenta方面予以否认，并表示尚未就上市地点作出最终决定。
据悉，该公司2024年6月获证监会境外上市备案，拟赴美发行不超6335.29万股普通股，如今备案已过期且未更新材料。
