11月12日，太原市行政审批服务管理局网站网站发布了关于钢园北路建设工程方案及选址的公示。
公示显示：钢园北路建设工程南起阳兴南街南侧，北至卧虎山路，长约 1020 米，规划红线宽 30 米，为城市次干路，设置桥梁跨越阳兴河，用地面积约 3.3 公顷。
主要建设内容包括道路、排水、照明、绿化及市政管线配套设施。
道路中间21米车行道，两侧各4.5米人行道（含1.5米树穴带）。
