【财华社讯】伟能集团(01608.HK)公布，公司已与若干贷款银行("贷款人")就集团本金余额总额约20.77亿港元的境外债务寻求重组达成协议，于2025年11月14日，公司与贷款人已就境外债务的拟重组订立重组主协议。重组完成后，预期集团的境外债务将减少及确认重列至本金约13.8亿港元。
