财联社11月14日电，据央视新闻报道，当地时间11月14日，乌克兰基辅市紧急情况部门通报称，俄方袭击基辅已致1人死亡。基辅市市政机构通报称，袭击造成24人受伤。14日稍早时，基辅曾拉响防空警报并传出密集爆炸声。截至目前，俄方对此暂无回应。
