当地时间14日，乌克兰首都基辅市市长克利奇科通报称，俄军对基辅市发动大规模袭击，已有11名市民受伤，有一座居民楼被弹药残骸击中起火，还有部分地区供暖中断。
14日稍早时，基辅曾拉响防空警报并传出密集爆炸声。
