投资界-解码LP获悉，近日，南通科创集团发布公告，公示了江苏南通高端装备产业专项母基金（有限合伙）拟合作子基金。本次公示拟合作子基金为昆仑南通启航战新装备股权投资基金（有限合伙）（暂定名），基金管理人为中油昆仑（北京）私募基金管理有限公司。
据悉，江苏省战略性新兴产业母基金与南通市共同出资设立江苏南通高端装备产业专项母基金，规模20亿元。存续期15年，其中：投资期8年，退出期7年。
