近日，泉州一家“四维成长基地”以“矫正叛逆”“戒除网瘾”为名，对14岁男孩施暴28天，致其左髋部重伤二级。此类所谓“成长基地”长期游离在监管之外，责任模糊、监管缺位。防止悲剧重演，须彻底清理“成长辅导”乱象，厘清监管边界，建立长效机制，让制度真正守护孩子的安全。漫画：程璨
