本人于2015年购买北京现代第八代索纳塔，近期发现仪表台开裂情况，经与厂家沟通，表示已过质保期无法索赔，但通过车质网了解，此问题非个案，而是大批量通病，厂家未出台召回政策，且丰田、别克等品牌12年之前车型也可免费换新，不理解北京现代的做法，要求给予合理解释。
