11月13日，湖北省经信厅发布“关于葛洲坝松滋水泥有限公司日产6166吨水泥熟料生产线项目补充产能置换方案的公示”。
置换方案显示，葛洲坝松滋水泥一条4000t/d熟料生产线补充产能2166t/d，补充后产能6166t/d，退出产能来自同公司一条2500t/d熟料生产线及惠州固力水泥博罗分公司一条2500t/d熟料线（用于本项目1000t/d），前者置换比例1.5:1，后者2:1。
