11月13日，金徽酒（603919）发布公告，控股股东甘肃亚特投资集团解除质押1200万股股份，占其所持股份的10.19%及公司总股本的2.37%，并继续质押同等数量股份，累计质押股份达8872万股，占其持股总数的75.36%及公司总股本的17.49%。
2025年前三季度，金徽酒实现收入23.06亿元，归母净利润3.24亿元。
