人民财讯11月13日电，11月13日，诺贝尔经济学奖得主迈克尔·斯宾塞（Michael Spence）在太湖世界文化论坛·钱塘对话上表示，中国与美国人工智能（AI）发展都在进一步加速，且两国之间的差距正在缩小。“在我看来现在（两国AI发展）已经基本不相上下了。”斯宾塞表示，虽然中国在半导体产品方面面临各种限制，不过双方在量子计算方面都取得了重大突破。
