财联社11月12日电，花旗分析师在一份研究报告中写道，英飞凌科技第四财季的数据显示，汽车和工业客户对半导体的需求疲软。这家德国芯片制造商的汽车业务在截至9月份的三个月销售额同比下滑2%，至19.2亿欧元。绿色工业电源部门的销售额下降8%，至4.63亿欧元。英飞凌首席执行官Jochen Hanebeck表示，由于客户持谨慎态度，汽车和工业领域的势头依然温和。
