新京报讯 据中央气象台消息，今年第26号台风“凤凰”（热带风暴级）已于今天（12日）19点50分前后在台湾屏东县恒春镇沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力有9级（23米/秒），中心最低气压为990百帕。
