人民日报客户端消息，当地时间11月12日12：45，泰国警方将佘智江押送至曼谷素万那普机场，并于16：20押送上飞机，引渡回中国。
此前，11月10日，泰国最高检察院办公室表示，上诉法院维持初审法院判决，将引渡跨国犯罪分子柬埔寨籍华人佘智江（又名佘伦凯、Tang Kriang Kai）回中国，就其非法开设赌场等违反中国法律的行为进行审判。
