财联社11月12日电，据南京工业大学消息，该校柔性电子全国重点实验室主任、中国科学院院士黄维与王建浦、王娜娜教授团队创新提出“层间光子循环”，将叠层钙钛矿发光二极管（LED）的外量子效率提升至45.5%。国际学术期刊《自然》12日在线发表相关论文。
